Oty is the culmination of two brothers’ university dream. Andrea and Simone Pamio extend their philosophy of lighting with Oty, not only as a light but as a design experience to be shared, and as a journey through architecture and sustainable technology. “Do not just put lights, illuminate”. So that the irrational use of light may not eliminate shadows, depriving architecture of its volumes. So that the light, through the tone of colour, may respect material and whatever lives in its space. Because light is a gift and it has to be used in the right way, never more than required, like words. Because light is energy and obliges a world which will belong always to future generations to be responsible.
