U.S.A. & Canada Shipping Overview
Glite.com offers Free Ground Shipping throughout the U.S.A & CANADA on nearly all orders. Exceptions include orders under $300 USD which are subject to a shipping fee.
We also offer other shipping options at an additional charge, such as Express or Air. Please contact us for details. In stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of confirmed order, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are drop shipped from the distributor or shipped via Glite depending on the delivery destination. Delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in “business days”; this does not include weekends and statutory holidays. PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
Normal Delivery (U.S.A. & Canada)
We do not keep inventory on all items. With the exception of showroom stock, all items have specific manufacturer lead times that range anywhere from 1-12 weeks. Please contact Glite for specific lead times as lead times change on a regular basis. Lead times are estimates only. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability.
U.S.A. & Canada Sales Taxes
Sales Taxes are based on your local State/Provincial and Federal Tax requirement on where the shipment is being shipped to.
International Shipping Overview
Glite.com ships all over the World and offers discounted Shipping Rates to International Customers (That means orders that have a delivery destination outside of the U.S.A. and Canada). We offer shipping options such as Air Freight, UPS, DHL and Ocean Freight. You can also have us ship to a freight forwarder of your choosing. Shipping estimates should be requested in advance if needed. Glite.com will contact all International Purchasers to advise them of the shipping cost and to obtain Approval of the Shipping Charge at time of confirming your order. International Customers Sales Taxes and Duties
Sales Taxes are not charged to our International Customers, though any import Duties or Brokerage Fees required by the Country to where the products are being shipped are the responsibility of the purchaser.
